A successful meeting requires inspiring surroundings, and Christianshavnerfærgen, a newly restored, antique archipelago ferry from 1880, provides the perfect setting for a professionally conducted meeting in Copenhagen that will surely be remembered by the participants.
Lunch can be served either in the meeting room on the ferry or at Christianshavns Færgecafé, located just a few steps above the quay. We specialize in classic Danish cuisine and serve both open-faced sandwiches ("smørrebrød") and all the well-known hot dishes.

Take your team away from the office for a day. Venture into exciting and inspiring surroundings, with freshly baked rolls and coffee/tea to start. Have a morning meeting with a high ceiling, and then enjoy Matrosen's small lunch table with four types of open-faced sandwiches and coffee/tea. Later, Kabyssen's afternoon cake will be served, so you'll have energy for the remaining hours.
The meeting room is operated by Christianshavns Færgecafé, which has been serving one of Copenhagen's best lunches for years, so we can guarantee that the catering for your meeting will be of fantastic quality. The menu varies according to the season and time of year. If you have any special requests, we will, of course, take them into account. Christianshavns Færgecafé is focused on providing professional service, and we are small enough that your meeting will always have our staff's full attention.
Meeting Room Close to the Metro
Our meeting room is centrally located in Christianshavn – 5 minutes from Christianshavns Metro Station and the buses on Strandgade. If you wish to arrive by boat, you can dock at the pier and board the ferry directly. We collaborate with several smaller boats and can help you arrange a truly unique arrival.
If you have a company flag, we will gladly hoist it on the bow before the meeting participants arrive. Therefore, Christianshavnerfærgen's meeting room in Copenhagen is the perfect place for a conference or a meeting that should be remembered.

Morning Meeting with Catering
Morning meeting of 4 hours from 08:00 to 12:00.
The package includes:
Matrosen's breakfast with freshly baked rolls, homemade jam, and good Danish cheese.
Matrosen's small lunch table with 4 types of open-faced sandwiches that vary with the season, always including herring. Sailors love herring. (Beverages are not included in the lunch).
Steaming coffee and tea, as well as fresh water ad lib during the morning meeting.
495 DKK per person for a minimum of 10 people.
Afternoon Meeting with Catering
Afternoon meeting of 5 hours from 12:00 to 17:00.
The package includes:

Kabyssen's afternoon cake, so you'll have energy for the remaining hours.
We serve steaming hot coffee, tea, and water ad lib.

From 08:00 to 17:00.
