The spring table is for those who love the classic, large Danish lunch table.

At Færgecaféen, we love good Danish cuisine, and there isn't a season that doesn't offer special ingredients and dishes that make your mouth water. Spring is no exception, and what could be better than those first days when you can sit outside and enjoy a last sip of beer or coffee in the spring sunshine?

Our spring menu is served for lunch and dinner until Easter. It is served in several courses and includes both cold and hot dishes.

The large spring menu is served from March 4 until April 16.


Spring menu

695 per person Minimum 2 people, must be chosen by everyone at the table. Includes unlimited drinks + rye bread, white bread, butter, and spreads. Drinks: pilsner/classic, house wine, soft drinks, water during dinner for 2 hours.

Herring of the day

Pan-fried fish fillet with remoulade

Eggs and shrimp with dill mayonnaise

Cured salmon with dill and mustard sauce


Second serving

Chicken salad with bacon and mushrooms

Juicy pork roast with red cabbage

Meatballs with pickled cucumber


Dessert

Old-fashioned apple trifle with whipped cream and macaroons
