Don't miss this course on how to make your own schnapps. Christianshavns Færgecafé specializes in handmade spice and fruit schnapps. We always have around 30 different schnapps ready for you on the shelf, and owner Erik has even been on national TV teaching the noble art of making your own schnapps.

  • Alcohol types, infusion times, storage and which herbs, flowers, nuts and berries are good to use in schnapps
  • During the course we will taste different schnapps and there will be plenty of time to ask questions and share experiences along the way
  • We'll end the event by eating together while enjoying one of our hand-crafted "schnapps-batteries"
