Our Summer Table is for those who love the classic, generous Danish lunch spread.
At Færgecaféen, we love good Danish cuisine, and there isn’t a season that doesn’t offer special ingredients and dishes that make your mouth water. Summer is no exception, and what could be better than those bright days and summer nights when you can sit outside and enjoy a glass of beer or coffee?
Our summer menu is served for lunch and dinner. It is served in several courses including both cold and hot dishes.

Summer Menu
695 per person Minimum 2 people, must be chosen by everyone at the table. Includes unlimited drinks + rye bread, white bread, butter, and spreads. Drinks: pilsner/classic, house wine, soft drinks, water during dinner for 2 hours.
First serving
Herring of the day
Pan-fried fish fillet with remoulade
Eggs and shrimp with dill mayonnaise
Cold-smoked salmon served with shallot cream
Second serving
Chicken salad with bacon and mushrooms
Juicy pork roast with red cabbage
Pastry shells filled with chicken and summer greens
Dessert
Rhubarb trifle with macaroons, whipped cream and toasted almonds
