The best Danish summer dishes - served for lunch and dinner
During the summer months, we serve a special Summer Menu with all the delicious Danish dishes that are part of the traditional lunch table - and which can be enjoyed both for lunch and dinner.
Our Summer Menu is served for lunch and dinner after Easter and throughout the summer months. The delicious Danish dishes based on the season's finest ingredients are served over several courses and include both cold and hot dishes.
The Summer Menu is served from April 22nd until August 31st.

Minimum 2 people, must be chosen by everyone at the table.
Including ad libitum drinks + rye bread, white bread, butter and fat. Drinks: pilsner/classic, house wine, soda, water during dinner for 2 hours.
FIRST serving
Herring of the day
Pan-fried fish fillet with remoulade and lemon
Eggs and shrimp with dill mayonnaise
Hot smoked salmon mixed with herbs. Served with pickled red onions
Second serving
Chicken salad with pickled mushrooms, bacon and cranberries
Succulent rib roast with red cabbage
Tartlets with chicken and asparagus
Dessert
Rhubarb trifle with whipped cream and macaroons
