We celebrate the fine ingredients of autumn

At Færgecaféen, we love to follow the seasons. From the spring's budding ingredients to the cozy moments of autumn.

As the year comes to a close, you can taste it in our menus and our homemade schnapps, where herbs, nuts, and flowers are saved for later in the year.

Autumn is something truly special, where the nuts are ready for schnapps and the forest floor is full of mushrooms.
