Learn all about schnapps and aquavit at Færgecaféen's schnapps schools.

Don't miss this course on making your own schnapps. Christianshavn's Færgecafé specializes in homemade spice and fruit schnapps. We always have around 30 different skipper schnapps ready for you on the shelf, and owner Erik has even been on national TV and taught the noble art of making your own schnapps.

  • How to get started making your own schnapps.

  • During the course, we will discuss alcohol types, steeping times, storage, and which herbs, flowers, nuts, and berries are good to use in schnapps.

  • During the lecture, we will taste different schnapps, and there will be plenty of time to ask questions and exchange experiences along the way.

  • We will end the event by eating together while enjoying one of our homemade schnapps tasting batteries.
