Party menu
Good Danish food, the way we love it!
The menu is available for groups of 12 people or more. Starters and desserts are typically served plated, while main courses are often served "family-style" on the table, with small platters to be shared among the guests, just like at home. The chosen menu should be the same for the entire party. Children and guests with dietary restrictions are, of course, exceptions. If you would like something that is not on the menu, please don't hesitate to contact us for options and prices.
A starter, main course, and dessert are chosen for the entire party. All starters are served with bread and butter.

Wiener Schnitzel of veal with peas and sautéed potatoes. Served with brown sauce and browned butter
Beer-braised pork breast with todays greens, cider sauce and crushed potatoes
Pink-roasted beef roast with creamy tarragon sauce. Served with seasonal greens and salt-baked potatoes
Pan fried cockerel. Served with seasonal greens, mushrooms á la créme and crushed potatoes
Traditional beef roast served with pickled lingonberries, glazed pearl onions, green beans, and potatoes
